Božo Banović (1963, Serbia) graduated at the composition department of the Faculty of Music Art in Belgrade, studying with professors Rajko Maksimović and Vlastimir Trajković. His works include dozens of chamber, orchestral and vocal compositions. Apart from various national festivals, his compositions have been performed in several European countries, South African Republic, Australia and USA. He teaches and performs as the accompanist.

Mountains for piano quintet
Standing before the foot of the mountains we see nothing but a misty grey massif. As we ascend, during the time the perception changes: we see more details around us, and the view becomes more diverse and dynamic.
